Volunteering
Volunteer Requirement (2026 Season)
Volunteering is essential to the success of our team, and we ask that every family participate throughout the season. To help ensure all families meet this requirement, a $75 volunteer deposit will be collected and returned at the end of the season once all volunteer requirements have been fulfilled.
Each family is required to earn 3 volunteer credits during the season. No exceptions. To make it easier for families to fulfill this requirement, we have expanded volunteer opportunities beyond swim meets. Credits can now be earned through meet volunteering, team breakfasts, donations, parent board positions, and end-of-season events.
Volunteer Credit Breakdown
Swim Meets
Volunteer roles include lane timer, backup timer, scorekeeper, announcer, lane runner, bullpen worker, and stroke & turn judge (training required for stroke & turn judges).
Team Breakfasts
Families may earn credits by donating breakfast items or volunteering to help with setup, serving, and cleanup. Breakfast donations count for 0.25 credit per donation day, and volunteering at breakfast counts for 1 credit.
Parent Board Positions
Serving as League Representative, Volunteer Coordinator, or Banquet Coordinator fulfills the full 3-credit requirement.
End-of-Season Party
Families may earn 2 volunteer credits by assisting with awards, supplies, food coordination, and event support. Limited spots are available.
